車で通りがかったこちらのお店。
時刻は10:40頃と、ランチにもまだ早い時間にも関わらず
混んでるいることが遠目からでも分かるお店がありました。
急遽、戻って入店。
中はかなり広く、座敷中心の雰囲気のいい和の建物です。
私達は作り場の目の前のカウンター。ここもいい雰囲気です。
名物という「きんぴら」。
想像していない太さのきんぴらにビックリ!
良く染み込んだ甘い醤油の味に、ピリッとした一味がとても美味しいです。
これはマストです。
もりうどんを、きのこ汁となす汁。
うどんは、武蔵野うどんのなかだとそこまで太くなく細めかも。
コシは武蔵野うどんらしくしっかりしています。
なんというか、元祖感を感じます。
うまーっ!て感じでは私的にはなかったけどさすがの元祖。
根強いファンがいることは頷けますね!
