テクテク歩いてある店の前に行くと本日休業の貼紙が、そのままさらに歩いて、行ったことのない中華へ。
もやしそば680円＋焼飯680円にしました。
焼飯が先に運ばれて来ましたので、さっそく一口。脂分が控えめかつ塩味も控えめで、あっと言う間に一皿をペロリ、もやしそばが来る前に焼飯を食べ終わりました。チャーシュー・玉子・ネギ・蒲鉾と王道な具で、かなり細かくカットされています。付いてくるスープも微かな酸味と優しい味で、チャーハンより前に出てこない感じが良いですね。旨味が足りないので、焼飯単品だと物足りないかもしれません。他のメニューと一緒だと、濃いと食べきれなくなるのでこれぐらいが丁度良いですね。
もやしそばも優しい味で、もやし・人参・玉葱・ニラ・木耳・鶏肉の餡がアツアツです。麺は細いちぢれ麺で、五目や麻婆麺といったおかずが麺に乗るタイプだと麺が弱く感じます。野菜のシャキシャキ食感と一緒だと麺が弱く、餡と麺を別に食べていたのでもったいなく感じました。胡椒は入っていないので、自分の好みで調節します。途中で、酢と辣油で味変をしました。
炒飯は個人的に好みで3.8、もやしそばは3.2で総合3.5としました。
