以前訪問した支店のお店は現在移転準備中のようですね。
と言う事で？こちらのお店を利用してみます。
リハビリ？と言うか何ちゅうかで一駅歩いて訪問。リハビリとは言え本日急に歩きすぎ。１５キロ以上歩いたみたい。また体悪くするよな・・・
到着。
カウンター５席くらいと小上がりのテーブル席が２卓のお店かな？
女性の店主さんお一人で切り盛りのようです。現在移転準備中の方とご夫婦なのかな？違っていたら情報頂けばざくっと削除します。
「もちもちの木」さんテイストで、あそこほどむせっかえるほどの濃さは無い・・・それが逆になんかいいなって思って記憶に残っていたお店です。
（直近で「もちもちの木」さん再訪。やはりあちらは、圧倒的な熱さ・濃さからの旨さ感が強かったです。体調によっては刺激的過ぎですね・・・）
お店に入ります。常連のおぢ様？完全にスナック状態のような印象もあるけれど、それがこの沿線上の世界観であるのなら、勝手に私の理想を押し付けるのはやめておきます。
口頭にて注文。中華そばだったかな？を発注。
（ん？食べログメニュー写真に券売機の投稿写真があったけど、あったっけ？私気が付かず口頭注文？）
水はちょっとアレかな？
宗教的にも感じている、「なんとか水」は要らないけれど、浄水器的なものは欲しいと感じました。が、実はコレが浄水器からの水で、「何とか水」ってのが、実は本当に美味しいって思っていた水なのか？

どうなんでしょうねぇ・・・
到着。
茶色いスープ。でも蓮華でスープをすくうとそこまで茶色くない。呑む・・・うわっちぃ！
そうだった・・・「もちもちの木」さん系ですから、熱々の上に熱々と覚悟しないといけないスープでしたね。（でも、オリジナルは更に上の獄熱スープでした）
熱さに負けない伸びにくい麺なのかな？もっちりとして好きですね。穂先のメンマも癖も感じられず、ちょうど良いアクセント。ネギもいいですね。チャーシューもあまり気になりません。あくまでも好みで言えば、もう少しほろほろとなるほど火を入れた物だったらどう感じるんだろう？なんて思いました。
全然想像できないのですが、生卵を落としたらどう感じるんだろう・・・？
何てちょっと思った一杯のラーメン。お腹いっぱい満足でありました。
さて、帰ろうか・・・
