こちら蕨駅は西口のロータリーを左に進み、すぐを左折してすぐ。お目当の焼き鳥屋さんが閉店だったのでセカンドチョイスとして入店。まずメニュー見て目に入ってきたのは埼玉産のきゅうりとトマト。こちらはなかなかの新鮮さとクオリティ。さらに地元の木綿とうふを使用した塩ネギやっこ、こちらもとうふが固めでしっかりしていてお酒が進みます
。そして桜肉タタキ、こちらも臭みなくグッドです。しかし串焼きが炭焼きのようですが、なぜかもうひと踏ん張りな印象。シメは鳥スープのラーメン。ラストにちょうど良いサイズでした。
