浦和駅西口開拓中のため、５月にオープンしたばかりというこちらのお店にお邪魔しました。
予約なしの飛び込みでしたが、平日ど真ん中で１人ということもあり、無事カウンター席へ。
グラスワインは白赤１種類ずつですが、今はオープン記念ということで、泡も出しているそうです。
このオープン記念はしばらく続くそうです（笑）
肉メインのお店らしく、お通しから早速肉！
私は白赤に合わせながら、ピクルス、ブルーチーズのはちみつ添え、新玉ねぎのポタージュ、ヒレ100g＋焼き野菜、ブランマンジェをいただきました。
ヒレは山葵と合わせて食べるのがとっても合うっ。
あと、何気に新玉ねぎのポタージュが、とても上品かつ滑らかで秀逸でした。
グラスワインの種類が少ないのと、店員さんがワインの扱いにまだ慣れてなさそう（赤ワインがグラス曇るほど冷え冷え）なのが、ワイン飲みとしてはちょっと物足りないけど、店長さん曰く、今後グラスワインも増やしていくそうなので、そこに期待。
