I visited after 11 o'clock on a weekday in August 2023. TINA LOUNGE is Dining Bar where Urawa Reds supporters gather, about a 3-4 minute walk from Urawa Station. There were no customers in the large Sports Bar-like interior. I sat alone at the counter and looked at the lunch menu before ordering ``Gapao Rice and Mini Pho'' for ¥1,000. I requested an iced coffee because it came with a drink. The food they offer is mainly Asian Ethnic Cuisine and Western Cuisine, but they don't seem to be too picky about the genre. First, the iced coffee comes, so I wait for the food while drinking black coffee. The food is served after about 7 or 8 minutes. The combination of pho and gapao rice was not as mini-sized as I expected. Try the mini pho with fish balls, radish, onion, greens, bean sprouts, chopped green onions, and lemon. The soup has a light taste and doesn't feel rich. Try using the sourness of the lemon to add depth to the flavor. It contains a lot of vegetables, so the ingredients are quite filling. Enjoy a proper Asian-style pho while slurping the flat rice noodles. Gapao rice is served by breaking the fried egg and mixing the yolk with the rice. Enjoy sweet and spicy stir-fried chicken, green peppers, and chili peppers. It's a shame that the rice is not Thai rice. Gapao rice eaten with japonica rice has a chewy feel overall. I could definitely enjoy the spiciness, but I could feel the deliciousness of the soup and it was spicy. Enjoy an Ethnic Cuisine lunch by taking turns eating pho and gapao rice. Not a bad lunch in terms of quantity. I would appreciate it if they had items with unusual tastes for Ethnic Cuisine cuisine. On this day, I ate while watching the MLB broadcast on the monitor inside the restaurant. ``TINA LOUNGE'' has interior furniture arranged to enjoy Reds games. It was a convenient restaurant where you could enjoy lunch in a spacious interior for 1,000 yen. It would be better to use it to experience the fun of sports without looking for the taste.
