When I passed by the store, I saw a photo that looked delicious. Limited time offer: 980 yen with knife-cut noodle and small rice. ``An original blend of coconut milk and over 30 types of spices! It goes perfectly with stewed pork.'' *Cannot be served in large portions This is absolutely delicious. There's no reason why it's bad. This is what I decided to have for lunch today. When I ordered the curry knife-cut noodle, I was asked if it was okay to add cilantro, and I said yes. For those who don't like cilantro, we will accommodate you without it. The fried rice from the fried rice set that the previous customer had ordered when I entered the store came out as soon as the order went through the kitchen. It seems like they are making a lot of it in advance. I'm about to boil knife-cut noodle, but I wonder if this is a valuable service. If you're in a hurry, you can eat first and wait for the noodles, but otherwise they'll get cold. The customer in front of me seemed to want to eat with me, so he didn't touch the food and was killing time on his smartphone. Immediately after the previous customer's Mala knife-cut noodle, curry knife-cut noodle and small rice were served. Although it says small, it is a normal serving size. Paper aprons are provided on the table. First of all, let's start with the soup. The delicious, mellow sweetness of coconut envelops the spices, and the complex aroma of spices spreads over time. Enjoy the deliciousness with two or three bites. Pull the noodles up, being careful not to splash the soup. Although the noodles are flat and pillowy, knife-cut noodle are as good as the curry soup. Since the noodles stick together, I decided to mix them in the soup, like Dandan noodles without soup. Then a problem occurred. Coconut and over 30 spices have disappeared, and coriander has taken over. It's no longer yellow cilantro knife-cut noodle. I should have asked for it without cilantro. By mixing it well, the soup got too sticky, and there wasn't much soup, and the balance with the rice at the end was very poor. Moreover, the cilantro is too strong here as well. The first soup I drank was delicious. I want to eat it again without the coriander.
