佐賀市大和町・長崎自動車道の佐賀大和インター南側にあるフレンチレストラン＆結婚式場。
店名に違わぬ「白亜の御殿」的な洋風な建屋が目を引きます。
昭和33年創業、ＪＲ佐賀駅の南側にある『欧風カレー』が看板メニューの洋食レストランの名店「白山文雅」の姉妹店です。
こちらは昭和44年にオープン。
「白山文雅」店主の義弟で、東京の「ホテルニューオータニ」で修業した店主兼総料理長・室屋昭二さん指揮の下、フランスの片田舎のシャトーホテルをコンセプトに、日本人の舌に合うフランス料理「文雅流フレンチ」を提供。
フランス料理をベースにしながら、様々な料理を取り入れ、コース料理の最後に出てくる「洋風ラーメン」が絶品と評判です。
平成26年に火災で全焼する不幸に見舞われましたが、現在は完全復活！
「ミシュランガイド福岡・佐賀・長崎2019特別版」でミシュランプレートを獲得したマチガイナイお店です。
