職場の近くに数年前から営業されている「lAKATORIH」(イアカトリッヒ)と読みます。意味は実際に来店されて聞いてください。
大阪メトロ八尾南駅周辺は、飲食店が出来ては潰れるの繰り返しで、なかなか続かない店が多いです。
ここも最初に行った時は、店内はオシャレやけどこの内容では持って3年かなぁ。くらいに見てました。
すると「暫くの間お休みします」の張り紙が。
あーあ、もったいねぇ。と思っていたら、半年くらい経った去年の12月、スタッフとメニューを一新して再オープンされました。
店内はオーナーが飛行機関連の仕事をされているとかで、飛行機の羽根を使ったテーブルやプロペラのオブジェ等、こだわった作りになっています。
以前に比べて料理のクオリティは格段に上がっており、普段使いのレストランとしてはちょうどいい内容です。
ランチは1,000円からと少し高めの設定ですが、料理は凝った作りで納得できます。
パスタコースが1,200円は高いかなぁ。。
食後のドリンクがプラス150円なので、パスタコースなら1,350円になります。
僕の時は茹で具合はアルデンテで丁度良い感じ。
あと、ひとこと言うならトマトソースのパスタを頼んだのですが、ちょっとオイルが多いかな？そのせいでせっかくのトマトの酸味が若干薄れている感じがしました。
これは好みの問題かもしれませんが、僕はもう少し酸味が強くてガツンとしたソースの味が好みなので。
でも料理をサーブしてくれるホールの方や、店内の雰囲気等はとっても良いので、リピート確定のお店ですね。
