休みになったので、お昼ご飯に焼肉を食べに行きました。
神戸牛のチャンピオン牛を出しているみたいで入ってすぐにトロフィーや盾や証明書が飾ってあって食欲をそそります。
新型コロナのせいか？昼を過ぎていたからかな？
店は余裕で座れました。
ランチメニューじゃなくて普通に単品で頼み食べる事にしました。
先ずは、
●塩タン 1600円
凄く綺麗なピンク色をしているではないか！焼いて食べると柔らかくて肉の味がｼﾞｭﾜ～っと出てきて塩加減もええ塩梅でした。
次は赤身肉
●上ハラミ 2500円
●上ロース 1810円
柔らかくてジューシーで肉を食べてるって実感が湧いてきます。
●テッチャン 1050円
●上ミノ 1100円
●ウルテ 900円
ホルモン類もミノは切り込みが入っていて柔らかく、テッチャンは脂もあっさりしていくらでもいけます。
●キムチ盛り合わせ
どれも食べやすく特にキュウリのオイキムチは、ご飯が欲しくなる旨さ！
●ナムル盛り合わせ
薄味で口直しに丁度良かったです。
●冷麺 小
お肉で脂っこくなった口に、さっぱりとした冷麺は溜まりません！途中かお酢を入れて味変したらペロリと食べました。
二人でアルコール共で 16000円
