幹線道路から少し離れた物流倉庫などがある界隈にあります。
店舗は古い建物を改装して、モダンで懐かしさを感じる様相になっています。
客を迎える入口付近は樹木の緑で包まれ、黄色いテントが浮き立っています。
店内は天井の梁、衝立、床、テーブル、椅子、いずれも木製で、とても穏やかな雰囲気を醸し出しています。
メニューは大別して、
・ガレット
・パスタ
・カレー
それにキッズプレートがあります。
その内の、パスタ(自家製サルシッチュと季節野菜のトマトソース)を注文。
カボチャスープとブレッドが付いています。
ですが、サルシッチュって何？
教えていただいて簡単にいうと、加熱していない生ソーセージとのこと。
プレートの上で存在感のあるポタージュ。
これがさわやかな味ながら、コクと旨味は充満。
「付き」という表示はまことに失礼なほど美味しいですよ。
パスタはトマトソースの風味を抑えて、野菜の自然な美味しさを活かすように仕上げていますね。
ブレッドはしっとり食感で、付きの位置ながら、ボリュームがあります。
デザート類も揃っていて、パフェやクレープにフルーツをアレンジした品は魅力的なでした。
