会社が近くで僕らの会社ではお洒落で高級なレストランと言うイメージのお店です
いつか行ってみたいと思わせてくれるお店で会社帰りに予約して同僚と上司と4人でお伺いしました 道に面したお店では無いのでわかりにくいかもしれませんが駐車場もあり 周りは都会なのに緑に囲まれていてスポーツ施設の大きな土地の中にあります
早速店内に案内されたのですが 値段が高いせいか割と空席もありました 店内は思ったほど大きくなく外見から想像したよりは小さめでした
さー食べるぞー 野菜にこだわっていると聞いて野菜好きの僕からしたらいい響きなんですが 野菜は全て普通 味に期待したのですがこれまた普通 かなり残念でした 期待しすぎたのか ちょっとびっくりしました
さらにびっくりしたのが 上司も同僚も美味しいっ！と言いながら食べてることでした（笑） したがこえてないのか 雰囲気に騙されてるのか 絶対味覚のある僕からすると値段から考え料理の味 質は正直よくありません これが1000円の定食であれば評価はかなり上がりますが ここはレストランですひとり6000円以上払うので残念すぎます
食材の旨味どころか食材自体がごくごく普通レベル 味付けもごまかしの調理方 これでは日本のイタリアンは違う間違った方向に行くと思います 現に僕の目の前の人は美味しいっ！って言ってる訳ですから こんな事だから日本のイタリアンのお店はミシュラン取りにくいんですよ
確かに お店を営んだ事の無い僕が偉そうに言うのもおかしいのですが 原価率や売り上げ いろいろあるとは思いますが もう少しなんとかして欲しいと思いました
