法事を済ませて、義母の好きだった海老料理が食べたくて、特に中華のエビチリがお好きだったので、中華料理を2、3探していました。
本格的な中華のようで期待が持てます。
店の前は止めれなかったのでコインパーキングに車を止め少し歩きます。
やっと歩けるようになってきてありがたい。
店に入ると、手を消毒してくださり、換気というか開けっ放しで寒いです。
注文は、エビチリ、チャーハン、焼きビーフン、焼餃子を注文。少し多いかなと思いましたが。
最初に餃子がやってきました。
羽付で肉を包まず四角いかたちです。焼き面を上にしていますが、軽く包んでいるだけで餡が見えている餃子でした。一般的なニンニク餃子でなく、肉まんの餡のようなお味です。
エビチリはエビに衣があって揚げていました。酸味の効いたチリソースがかかっています。
美味しいですね。
炒飯とビーフンは素朴な感じ
お皿を一つ一つ出してくださるので安心します。
O将とは大違いです。順番もタイミングも良いですね。
お味も独特なお味でこれが本場なのかな。
換気があり安心、消毒も、ビニールで仕切っていて小さい店でも工夫されていますね。
美味しく満腹になりました。ごちそうさま。
