「台湾まぜそば(810円)」
７月２９日にオープンした「台湾まぜそば はなび 大阪本店」に、とよつねさん情報で訪問してきました♪
こちらのお店は「麺屋 はなび」の直系店で岸里にある「麺屋 つばき 岸里店」が新たにオープンしたお店で最寄り駅は地下鉄 岸里駅になります。
店内で隣の席には新店で、よくお会いする、まーちんさんがいらっしゃいました♪
メニューは...台湾まぜそば・810円 カレー台湾まぜそば・840円 トロ肉のせ和え麺・900円 黄身こそスターだ！・900円 塩・730円 醤油・730円 塩はなび・1000円 醤油はなび・1000円 台湾ラーメン・730円 かけ(塩、醤油)・600円 味玉・＋110円 ＤＸ・＋320円 チャーシュー増し・＋210円 メンマ・＋110円 チーズ・＋130円 麺大盛・+110円 水ギョーザ・380円。
ややとろみがある粘度で適度なニンニクの風味に濃いめの醤油感と魚粉の風味がありミンチからくる、じんわりとした唐辛子のピリ辛感に卵黄の、まろやかさがバランス良く合わさった濃厚なタレでジャンキーでパンチのある仕上がりになってます♪
麺は名古屋の「はなび製麺」の全粒粉のストレート太麺を使用。
モッチリとした食感に具材やタレとの絡み具合は良い感じです。
卓上にある昆布酢で、さっぱりとした甘味のある味の変化を楽しめます。
〆は無料の追い飯があります。
