土曜日は、ほんだの醤油を頂いて、次に向かったのはこちら。何気にこの辺りもラーメン激戦区ですね！仕事で、この辺をうろちょろしてた頃とは大違いやな(^0^;)
関東で修行された行列店は、次来る事にして、テクテクと。券売機で、煮干豚骨に煮たまごをポチ。
空いてるカウンター席に着ケツし(笑)しばし待ちました♬
配膳された煮たまご入り煮干豚骨。第一印象ですが、スープ少なっ(;゜O゜)たまごとチャーシュー浮き彫りで、麺きっちり見えとんもんなあ。
まずは麺から。中細麺やけど、しっかり歯ごたえあり、モチモチしてウマいやないの(^▽^)
煮干しの味わいやったり、豚骨の旨味を持ち上げて、麺との相性もバッチリ('-^*)ok
スープも、豚骨の土台の上にニボニボしてますね♬
うまいうまい♬
ただ残念に思ったのは、煮たまごもチャーシューも、スープの温度に合ってなくて冷たかった事。
良い味付けやったので、そこだけ残念でした(´･ω･｀)
駐車場は店北側の通りを少し西、北向き一方通行の道沿いに、30分100円のコインPあって、そちらに駐車しました。
また時期見て再訪したいと思います。
