西中島南方エリアの餃子専門店
ビルの3階に階段で上がる
19時開宴
お酒の出だしは、
「お？！箕面ビールがある♪」ってんで箕面ビールでスタートしたが、
メニューみてると、「￥800ぐらいの記憶のCOEDOが安い！」ってんでCOEDOに鞍替え
そんなこんなでビールで乾杯♪ぐび～♪
まずは餃子を色々堪能
メニューには、レギュラーで10種、本日オススメで3種の餃子
更に、餃子餡を使った創作メニューまで
餃子以外もメニュー彷彿
ひとまず、気になる餃子を片っ端にオーダー
餃子ばっか食うって、飽きないの？
飽きないんです！！！
基本形の248餃子から、何もつけなくてもめっちゃウマ♪
普段、一人前餃子を一人でいただく際には、1個目は何もつけず、2個目はタレだけ、3個目からタレ＆辣油つける・・という食べ方をするワシ
複数人宴会で餃子シェアする状態だとなかなかタレにもたどり着かなくほとんど何も付けずそのままいただいたが
お店の準備する卓上タレは酢率高くほぼ無色なのが特徴的
あと赤八味、黒八味なるアイテムもなかなか！
特に印象的だった餃子は油かす炊き餃子
油かすと野菜と炊き込まれぐつぐつ煮立ったスープに浸った水餃子
あと肉巻き餃子、海鮮ニラ塩餃子も激ウマ♪
麻婆豆富はカレースパイスの入ったシビカラ麻辣テイストがたまらない
そして、実は何気に一番すげーのは“よだれ豚”
素揚げ入りカリカリサクサクな表皮の中から甘い豚の旨汁が溢れる
餃子、飽きないどころか、食べるほど引き込まれる
小さな包みの中にそれぞれの宇宙がある！
