新世界の観光客メインの通りからはちょっとだけ外れたところにあるカウンターの
ホルモン焼肉店です。以前からお店の前はよく通ってましたが寄るのは初めてです。
店内はL字のカウンターと見えにくいですが奥にテーブル席があるようです。
こちらのお店は食べ物も料理も全品500円でお肉はお得な感じがしますがごはんも
おかわり自由とはいえ500円と物によるコスパの差が激しそうです。
肉はよそでは見かけない部位が多くまずはチマキからでてきました。タンに似て
かなりあっさりさっぱりした肉質でスタートには丁度いいです。 肉は牛脂で焼いて
塩と韓国の甘唐辛子で味わうスタイルでこちらのお肉にはよい感じです。続いては
ヒモ、鶏かと思いましたが牛にもあるんですね。かみ締めると肉のうまみがじゅわっ
と広がります。ハラミならぬバラミもうまいですね。 さらに丁寧に処理された白
センマイにココロを食べて焼肉は終了。どれもとても美味しいのですが味付けはずっと
同じなので途中でタレにつかった赤身でごはんを思い浮かべました。最後はスジの煮込
みでお酒を飲んで終了。 お酒も種類は少ないですがいい銘柄がありよかったです。
時々寄ってさっと２、３品とお酒を楽しんでみたいです。
