初めての訪問でした。
大阪・谷町八丁目にある最中専門の和菓子店です。
平日朝１４時半ごろに伺いました。
この日はひな祭りだったのでそこそこお客さんは来られていたようです。
購入したのは、
・きなこつぶあん
・白味噌餡
・胡麻胡桃
・無花果
・モンブラン
モンブランが期間限定であとの４つが定番のものです。
モンブランからいただきました。
白味噌餡にマスカルポーネとラムレーズンそして旬の栗が乗っています。
いただくと、最中のパリパリ感に驚きました。
そしてマスカルポーネチーズと栗が合わさってモンブランのなめらかさが出ていました。
あとは胡麻胡桃をいただいて、餡は胡麻をペーストされていていい香りが広がります。
胡桃は黒糖でキャラメリゼされていて甘さが最中にちょうどよかったです。
また買ってみたいと思いました。
