店員さんが吸っていたので、喫煙可だと。

個人的に、そっけなく感じます。

そう言えば、その昔…
鶴橋のコリアンタウンがテレビに映ると
狭小の店頭で、愛想の良いビック姉妹が
チヂミを販売しているお店として
度々取り上げられていたんですけどね。
今はチヂミ販売は辞めたそうで
このお母さんのお店を引き継ぎ
姉妹で営業しているそうです。

鮮度の良い生コブクロ。
ニンニク控えめの酢味噌和え。
臭み、独特なクセも全くありません。
見た目濃いけど、辛くなく優しい酸味。
