Osaka Metro、jr環状線玉造駅から徒歩5分ほど
3番から右折少し行って、直ぐまた右折、真っ直ぐ行くとあります。
まだ3年目の真新しいカウンターとテーブル席の店内、20席ほどかな。
ランチ¥900魚か肉、サラダ、スープ、パン
肉は、チキンなので、魚にしました。
サーモンポアレアンチョビソース
追加で、蔵出しスパークリングワイン400
サラダ、オムレツ、紅芯大根、サニーレタス、レタス等葉サラダ、新鮮で、パリパリ
スープ、カボチャのポタージュ、旨みが上手く引き出されています。
パン、フォカッチャと全粒粉バゲット、クラスト薄め、クラムは、もっちりで旨し。
メイン、上手い火入れ、ガルニは、スナップエンドウ？茄子、オクラ、赤黄パプリカにマッシュポテト、アンチョビクリームがいい感じです。
美味しい。
ランチ、魚と肉のフルでも¥2,200は、CP良い。
