昨日(4/10)は、大阪メトロ長堀鶴見緑地線松屋町駅に遠征、駅から数分北上したところにあるお店で１杯食べた後、西に移動し阪神高速をくぐってすぐのところにあるこのお店を訪問・連食。
入店してカウンター席の一番右に着席、メニューを見て定番の「博多(750円)」にするか中毒性があるとの「味噌(900円)」するか迷ったが、結局どちらでもない「和風(800円)」を発注(券売機なし)、博多ラーメンの和風とはどんな味か興味があったというのが選択した理由。
すぐに丼が登場、茶濁のスープの中にストレートの細麺が覗いていて、その上にチャーシュー・木耳・刻んだ青葱・白髪葱・糸唐辛子に加え削った鰹節がオン、なかなか多彩で美味しそうなビジュアル。
スープを一口啜ってみると、魚介の味がしっかり感じられるとても美味しいスープ、魚介＝和風ということなのかな？
硬めで頼んだ麺は、いかにも博多ラーメンらしい細麺でパツっとした噛み心地のモッチリした食感でこれまたとても美味しい。
チャーシューを始めとするトッピングもすべて旨い、特にチャーシューはトロリとしていて好みのタイプ。
ということで旨い！旨い！と食べ進め、昨日の２杯目ながら完食・完飲、満足できる美味しい魚介豚骨の１杯でありました。
