牛丼というよりTKG＠寺田町 : Sukiya

Sukiya is located a short walk east on National Route 25 from Teradacho Station on the JR Osaka Loop Line. I'm late due to overtime and I'm hungry so I can't go anywhere! So I jumped in here. The inside of the restaurant is compact, typical of an urban fast food restaurant, but typical of Sukiya, there is a counter and a few table seats. Before I knew it, a tablet was introduced at this store, and I was told that I would use this to place my orders. I'm getting used to this tablet, and I'm thankful that I can choose more carefully than using the meal ticket method. Order a 3-piece set (+190 yen) of mini Gyudon (Beef bowl) (350 yen) with pickles, miso soup, and egg. It was delivered with surprising speed. For the first bite, just eat Gyudon (Beef bowl) as is. After checking the taste, break a raw egg, stir it briefly, and add it to Gyudon (Beef bowl). Add doping with shichimi chili pepper and pickled ginger and stir into it. The taste is common throughout the country, and the taste is appropriate. Even so, I feel like my mind has become poor...the world has become a cruel place. I hate the Russian leader... Even though his head is poor, the amount of eggs is the same, so this is TKG rather than Gyudon (Beef bowl). If you think about it the other way around, you can eat a TKG set meal with meat for just one coin... Things seem to be thinking.

JR大阪環状線・寺田町駅を出て、国道25号線を東に少し歩いたところにある、大手牛丼チェーンのお店です。店内は都市型のファストフード店らしいコンパクトな造りながら、「すき家」らしく、カウンターに加え、テーブル席も少々設えられています。

「すき家」の特徴のひとつ、食券制ではなく備えられたメニューを見て直接スタッフに注文するスタイルなんだが、この数ページにわたるメニューの端っこにひっそりと記された「牛丼ライト」（380円）なるものを注文。間もなく差し出されました。

この牛丼は、ご飯を一切使わず、豆腐やサラダが入った丼に牛丼の具が乗っているという、ヘルシーな丼。並盛で268kcalというから、かなりのローカロリーです。

それでは早速いただいてみます。牛肉の具の下にキャベツやとうもろこし。そして最下層にお豆腐が居座っています。ザクザクと食べてみると、さっぱりとしていて意外にいける。これを牛丼とは言いがたいが、別のお料理と思えば美味さには遜色ありません。

例によって七味唐辛子や紅ショウガでドーピングしてみて味を変えてみるのもいい。しかし、冷奴の上に温かい牛丼の具が重なっているので、食べてるうちに豆腐はだんだん温もるわ、牛肉は冷めるわ、どっちつかずの温かさになってしまいます。

温いのでスルスルっと胃に収まってしまうが、早食いはダイエットの敵。お味噌汁とか、サイドメニューも頼んだ方がいいですね。
