恐縮ながら、今まで知らなかったが中の様子が窺い知れて、入りやすい雰囲気
とても感じの良い店主が向かい入れてくれ、ハートランドで喉を潤す
◇前菜盛り合わせ
◇鰆とタケノコのロースト
◇阿波尾鶏手羽先のバロティーヌ
前菜盛り合わせはとうもろこしのムース、紫キャベツのコールスローが超絶好み
鰆とタケノコのローストは木の芽と海苔のソースでこれがまた絶妙な組み合わせ
鰆は皮目サクサク、身がふっくらレアに仕上げられていてとっても美味しい
手羽先のバロティーヌは身の中に合挽肉っぽいのが詰め込まれていて食べ応え十分！
メニューを見ていてもフレンチの調理法が随所にあり、どんな味だろうと想像が掻き立てられる
空腹度が低かったのであまり頼めなかったが、色々食べてみたいと思わせるものばかり
どれも丁寧に作られていてワインがすすむ、いい店見つけた！
