クロスホテルというホテルの地下にあり、場所が分かりやすいです。
入口を入るといきなり大きな水槽があり、綺麗で思わずとれてしまいます笑
水槽前ソファー席を予約していたので、雰囲気抜群でした✨️
ドリンクは、ノンアルカクテルの、オレンジとパインが入った物を頼みました！
今回私が予約したのは、KBコースです！
コースの内容はこんな感じ↓
・本日の前菜3種盛り合わせ
ポテサラ、サーモン、イクラがのったロースト肉
という感じでした！
特にポテサラが美味しかったです！
・季節のサラダ
伊予柑が甘くて美味しかったです！
量も丁度良かった◎
・ベーカリー直送 焼き立てバゲット
こちらはボロネーゼと一緒に出てきました。
ボロネーゼのお肉をのせて食べると美味しいです✨️
・黒毛和牛のボロネーゼ
思ってた以上にお肉かごろごろ入ってます笑
濃いめの味付けで美味しかったです◎
・旬魚のポワレとトリュフクリームフリカッセ
個人的にはこれが1番美味しかった！！
白身魚にポタージュがかかっているのですが、まず魚の身が大きくて柔らかいのと、スープが丁度良い濃さでお気に入りでした笑
貝も2つ入っていましたよ！
・国産銘柄牛 赤身肉のステーキ
~フォンドボーソース~
こちらは若干硬かったです、、笑
ソース・粒マスタード・塩の3種類お皿にのっていて、味変出来るのはとても良かったです◎
・選べるデザート
彼の誕生日だったので、フラワーシャルロットケーキに変更しました。
ケーキが大きくてびっくりしましたが、味も見た目も大満足でした！
まず、この価格で魚料理と肉料理の両方が食べられるのは凄く良いと思います！
また、サプライズケーキは豪華で感動しますし、思い出になること間違いなしです✨️
