一汁六菜定食の中で選んだのは季節限定の二色冷しゃぶ膳。
グリーンジュース、主菜、小鉢3種、十六穀米のご飯、豚汁が付いてます。
選べる副菜は野菜のセイロ蒸しにしました。
毎月13日は『一汁三菜』の日だそうですが、このお店は一汁六菜でした…
メインの冷しゃぶは神戸ポークとあぐー豚の食べ比べをこまだれとトマトドレッシングの2種のソースで楽しめます。
豚の違いはわかりませんでしたが2種のソースで飽きずに美味しく食べられました。
トマトドレッシングが美味しかったですね。
生野菜もたっぷり盛られてボリュームもあります。
副菜に選んだ野菜のセイロ蒸しには、紅芯大根、黄緑ズッキーニ、かぶ、ブロッコリー、キャベツが入っています。ただ9割はキャベツでしたがね。
ポン酢の他に柚子大根おろし、オリーブオイル塩が添えられていますがオリーブオイル塩が野菜の甘みと美味しさが味わえて一番好きかも…
これだけたくさん野菜を摂ると健康になったと勘違いしてしまいますね(^^)
