道頓堀を歩いていて、以前から気になっていたので訪店です。
注文は、昔和豚ロースかつに、名物とんぺい焼きを注文です。
まず、とんぺいが運ばれてきて、口に入れると。。。別に、普通の豚だし、大したことないなぁ～って^-^;
次に、ロースかつが運ばれてきて、見た目は普通やぁ～って。。。
浜松の幸楽で美味いとんかつを食べてから、はじめてのとんかつです。
まずは、幸楽同様、ソースを付けずに口に運ぶとo(^◇^)oオオー!!
豚自体に癖もなく、脂身は、甘味があって美味い豚ですねぇ（^^♪
たぶん、とんぺいの豚とは、違うんだろうって思います。
ただ、ここのとんかつ。。。豚は、美味しいんですが、衣の油が口の中で広がり、
折角の昔和豚の味を半減させているように思いました。
もう少し、油切りを綺麗にすれば、もっと美味いとんかつになるのではって、
偉そうなことを思いましたが^-^; アハハ... また、食べてみたいと思います（^^♪
