なぜ映画化するのかということは、常に自分に問いかけています。映画化したことで足せるものがあるとしたら、やっぱり肉体だなと思ったんです。女優・松岡茉優。映画『蜜蜂と遠雷』は天才ピアニストたちの交流が素敵。無邪気な笑顔の連鎖が音楽の深みと共に陶然とした心地へ届けてくれる。
さて、本日は大阪市西区新町一丁目で8月5日にオープンした『洋食 手嶋』さんへ足を運ぶ。『洋食Katsu』さん出身のシェフのお店という事で、ずっと楽しみにしていた。妻が行ってみたいというので向かってみる。
・エビフライランチ(1,600円)
ランチメニューは1,000円オーバーのハイクラス。妻が「ミンチカツレツ」にするというので、自分は「エビフライ」にしてみる。
これはまたまた、安定感ある盛り付けだ。頭付きのエビフライは3尾。頭からかぶりつくが、カリカリとした食感が楽しい。むしっとしたエビの味わいも嬉しい。手間ひまかけたサラダ、お漬物とサイドメニューもレベル高い。こくぶかい豚汁を飲み干して心地良くととのいました。美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
スタッフの方はまだ不慣れなようでしたが、温かみのあるシェフの教え方も微笑ましかった。
往く道は精進にして、忍びて終わり、悔いなし。
