【火曜日】心斎橋，大丸そごう（今は大丸北館と工事中の本館）の間を東へ５０歩。カメラのナニワの２軒に分かれた店舗の間に路地がある。最近この路地の奥の「尾道文化ラーメン」が気に入って通っているのだが，他にもなんか興味深い店舗が並んでいる。突き当りは立ち飲み「日本酒うなぎだに」（椅子席も若干あり）。その前で右を向くと「ビストロバール」が。で，入ってみた。
マスター１人で先客はなし。取り敢えず生ビールは？と聞くとアサヒだというので，スードラはなぁとパス。メニューの地ビール（クラフトビール）「箕面ビール」から，まずは定番の「ピルスナー」\650（以下税込）をいただく。スードラと違ってきちんと「ビール」している。
メニューを拝見するとどうやら「イタリアン・バール」らしいので，アテに「本日のキッシュ」\550。今日は野菜とベーコンだそうだ。キッシュは一年ぶりぐらいの気がするが，きちんとイケます，旨し。
続けて，同じく箕面ビールから「ペールエール」\650。エールにしてはちょっと軽め。
と軽くいただいて，２軒目の予定があったので，〆ていただいて，勘定は１，８５０円。って，注文した品の合計だよ。チャージなどはなしのお店でした。
【土曜日】と，上に軽く書いたけど，実は一見客なのにずっとマスターといろんなことを話し続け，実に居心地のいいお店だったんです。で，また土曜日にやって来ました。入ってみると，流石に土曜日だけあって，テーブルに常連らしきリーマン３人。スタッフも女性が増えている。実はこの方，マスターの奥さんで３０代夫婦２人でやっているお店だった。ランチと週末夜は夫婦２人体制，平日夜は基本マスター１人らしい。
で，今日も箕面ビール。「W-IPA」\800。モルト（麦芽）とホップを通常の２．５倍使い，アルコール度数９％らしい。確かにずしりと旨い。
アテは，好物の「ポルチーニ茸（セップ茸）」がメニューにあったので，「ポルチーニ茸ソースのニョッキ」\1,100。たっぷりのポルチーニ茸の香りが満喫できるメニュー。これはリピートしそうだな。もちもち大好き人間なので，ニョッキも旨し。このお店のは「ジャガイモ＋小麦粉」だそうだ。
ところで，ピザも自信がお有りのようで，流石に石造りの薪窯ではないが，ピザ専用オーブンが厨房中央に鎮座。うーん，次回のアテはピッツァだな。
続けて，ジンは何ですかと問うと「ボンベイ・サファイア」とのこと。これもいいですね。ちょっと甘目のジン。ジントニックでいただく。って，どのお店でも，銘柄を聞く通ぶった客なのだが，実はタンカレーでもゴードンでも文句を言わずにいただくのですが。でも，たまに珍しい銘柄が出て来るお店があるので面白い。
で，この日も２軒目の予定があったので，ここで〆ていただいて２，４５０円。
店内風景。撮影は火曜日。この日のお客は私１人だったので，マスターに断ってから撮影。顔出しOKですかと伺って，マスターも出演。カウンター６席だったかな？テーブルが３つ。まあ４人席なんだが，壁側がベンチシートなので５人でもイケそう。
店舗外観。お店の前にテラス席あり。通路ではなく敷地内なので落ち着く。
