■初めての訪問でした。
長堀橋駅からほど近く、
心斎橋からも大きな通りを挟んでいるので
割と静かな場所にあります。
凛とした佇まい。
カウンターも一人一人がゆったりと配されています。
大将とお話しする機会はありませんでしたが
おかみさんがとても気さくで色々とお話ししてくれました。
お料理はどれもおいしかったのですが、
その中でも椀物の蓋に七夕が描かれていて
縁結びになるように椀の中にしっかりと結ばれれるように
食材があしらえてあります。
なんともオシャレでした。
一緒の椀の鱧もそっと梅肉がのっていて
また、出汁が本当に美味しかった。
そして、追加4,000円でお願いしたきんきの塩焼きも
脂がのっていてとてもおいしかった。
この焼き物が選べるシステムもいいですね。
日本料理は難しくて、素直においしいということしか
分からないのですが、料理だけではなく
雰囲気や会話などとても贅沢をさせていただきました。
日本酒を5種類くらい飲んで、追加料金のきんきなど
お任せで二人で66,000円。
三ツ星レストランであることを考えても
この価格はお安いのではないかと思います。
