この日は大阪市中央卸売市場内の食堂へ。
店前にはオススメメニューが掲示されていて
市場で働く人々や運搬車が行き交う
「マイドストリート」という通りにあります。
店内に入るとテーブルのみの綺麗な食堂で
メニューブックを開けると何て豊富なラインナップ。
定食/麺類/丼モノ/単品料理と数が多く
迷いった末に注文したのは
【鮭ハラス塩焼き定食(650円)】。
程なくして出てきたワンプレートには
鮭ハラスの塩焼とごはんに味噌汁と3種類の小鉢。
まずは鮭からいただくと風味が大人しく
ハラスの特長である脂のりやトロける感じがもう一声。
ということで鮭ハラスの印象は弱めやったけど
白ご飯や味噌汁 小鉢とともに普通においしく完食。
店内では感じのよい女性がホールを担当していて
気持ちよく過ごせました。
同じ並びにはもう一軒 食堂があり
市場内の南側の通りにある｢お食事処 大輝｣。
メニュー数がとても多く中には3000円の丼も。
満足度は選ぶ料理によって決まりそうなので
メニュー画像が参考になればと思います。
