鶏ガラの動物系からとった出汁の醤油スープでカドのない丸い醤油のカエシで適度な鶏出汁の旨味と甘味が効かされた、まろやかな口当たりであっさりとしたコクのある味わいに仕上がっています♪
麺は自家製麺の平打ちの太さ中くらいのストレート麺を使用。
喉越しは良好で程良い弾力感にコシがしっかりあります。
具材のチャーシューはほろッとした柔らかさに良い味付けで肉の旨味がよく味わえます。
