木曜日の13:00に京橋の『ほそ道』へ。
先客5人。
少しランチタイムからはずれたかな。
女性2人で回してます。
このお店はバーナーで炙った“もつ”が特徴的なつけ麺専門店。
外の券売機で一番人気の「もつつけ麺(880円)」を注文。
麺の増量は無料ですが、今回は普通(1.5玉)で。
6分後到着。
見た目はつけ麺というよりうどん。
一口。やはりうどんに近いです。
つるっとした喉ごしで、思ったよりは弾力はないかな。
厨房の奥の方で製麺してるみたいです。
つけ汁は鶏魚介の特徴がよく出てます。
もつとキャベツが入ってます。
もつを一口。美味い。
よくある“脂の塊”というのではなく、しっかりと肉の旨味も感じられ、粒も大きいです。
これが4つ。
なかなか食べ応えのあるもつです。
最後にスープ割りを。
うん、いける。
でも、スープが少しぬるかったのが残念。。。
