をいただきました。
透き通るような味とはこの事か、といった美味しいスープで感動モノでした。
いくらでも飲めてしまうようなスープに麺も小麦の良い香りが感じられ最高でした。
更に味玉の茹で加減が凄すぎると思いました。あんなふわっツルな卵は初めてでココでも驚かされ、トドメはチャーシューで、一口目生ハムか？と思うほど美味過ぎるチャーシューで食べ進めるうちにしっかりとチャーシュー感を感じる事ができ、これぞ特製と思い大満足でした。
非の打ち所がないとはコレかといった感じで、幸せな時間をいただきましま。
