ベルギービールの有名店グラン ドルフィンズの元名物店長が独立して作った店。退社後に焼酎の勉強などを経て開業したようです。オーナーが満を持して開店した渾身の店だと思います。「渾身の」とか書いたら、飄々としたキャラのオーナーからは「そんなことないよ。適当だよ」と言われそうですが。
ビールも焼酎ももちろん美味しいですが、その他の酒も美味いです。そして、元々料理人であり、出される料理も美味いです。安心して行ける店でしょう。食べ物のメニューを眺め、食べたいものを選んでそれにあうお酒をお願いするも良し、飲み物を指定してそれにあう食べ物をお任せでお願いするも良し。酒の幅広い知識をもつ料理人が目の前にいるというメリットを十分に活かしてみてください。
