目的のお店がお休みだったため、温かい汁もの求めてしなのさんに。
お店の雰囲気は昔からあるお蕎麦屋さん、こういうお店を居酒屋代わりに使うのも良さそうな感じです。
定食の鳥そぼろ定食 750円 を注文。
蕎麦とうどんが選択可能。
今回はうどんを選びましたが、お出汁の味が自分好みで美味しいです。
うどん自体はコシの少ないタイプですね。個人的に量がもう少し多ければ言うことないですが。
そぼろご飯は写真の通り錦糸卵で覆われて、そぼろが見えない感じです。
そぼろの味付けもしっとり触感が残ったもので味がしっかり浸み込んでいます。
ただ、今の世の常の換気対策が残念でした・・・
お店の扉は閉めっぱで、暖房はガンガン効いてて汗ばむくらい。
相席は普通にお願いされる・・・ちょっと再訪は今のところ無いかな。
