4割くらいの客入り、スタッフさん2名。
入口で食券を購入。
光来家スペシャル(1200円)
ライス(200円)
もやキャベ(150円)
食券を渡します。
麺の太さは 中太 にして(or細麺)
麺のかたさ 普通、味の濃さ 普通、アブラ 多めで。
スタッフさんの感じが良く好印象。
5分少々で着丼。
スープは王道の家系豚骨醤油。
結構ストレートな塩みでライスが進む。
麺短いな(^_^;)ちょっと残念。
ただ、海苔もご飯もチェーン店系の家系は
特に美味しくないことが多いけど美味しい！
味玉も甘めの味付けで好み〜！
チャーシュー、ほうれん草、ネギもたっぷり。
もやキャベのボリュームはあまり無かったけど。
淡路産の玉ねぎ入り、
きちんと刻んであるし辛くない♪
無料で追加も出来るみたいです◎
卓上調味料で味変。
生姜がとっても爽やかになって美味しい！
ニンニクや豆板醤も良し、
最後の最後にお酢も良し◎
ライスが進むけど寝る前だから
おかわりは無しで我慢(笑)
この時間でこの美味しさだったら
近所なら結構行っちゃいそう〜
