はいはーい、ラーメンの時間ですよ
《ラーメンの店せせらぎ 》
『醤油ラーメン味玉付き 1,000円』
この日、仕事終わりに南森町まで。
以前フォロワさんのタイムラインで見かけてから気になってチェックしていた、《ラーメンの店せせらぎ》さんを初訪問。
到着するとノーゲスト。
奥のカウンターに着席。
『醤油ラーメン味玉付き』を注文し、しばらく待っていると着丼〜
【ビジュアル】
メニュー写真では普通の中華そばに見えたんですが、漆黒のスープにいきなり衝撃！
【スープ】
まずはそのスープをひと口…
見た目は醤油辛そうな色合いですが、魚介出汁で意外にあっさりとした味わいで非常に美味しい！やや酸味の感じられるスープですね。
【麺】
麺は角のない中太ストレート麺。もっちりとした食感ですね。
【トッピング】
チャーシューがまた絶品でした！ロースとバラ、ともに食べ応えもあり味付けもいいんです！
いやー、美味しかった！
