コスパも凄いが手を抜いてない
まず前菜が異常。
品数も多いし、そのほとんどが調理を必要とするメニューだし、どれも美味しい。
バランスも良い。
バラエティが豊かで、女性なら前菜とフォカッチャだけでもお腹いっぱいになるレベル。
フォカッチャも自家製で、こだわっている。
この日のパスタは豆のラグーだったがこれも美味しかった。
豆の旨みトロミを活かしている。
これで1,100円というコスパは驚きだが、それ以上に全てに工夫やこだわりがある点がそれ以上に感動させる。
こういう店があってよかった。
