嫁さんととある事情で週末の大阪－奈良の旅。
かなり外食をしまくった第三弾。
酒場で満足した嫁さんとは別れて一人ラーメン屋探しの旅に出た。
目的の店はあったものの不慣れな土地のため探せず断念。途中で気になった当店にお邪魔することとした。地下1Fにある扉をくぐると想像していた以上に落ち着いた空間が広がっていた。一人だったのでカウンター席に案内される。テーブルにもカウンターにもカップルが食事を楽しんでいたが、皆さん楽しんでいるのに気にならない程度。十分に幅を持ったカウンターテーブルもゆったりとした気分を促してくれる。面白いのはテーブルの下の引き出しにカラトリーが入っていたことだった。なかなかお洒落である。
さてイタリアンに来たら何はともあれ生ハムとチーズを頼んでしまう。それにあう白ワインをオーナー（最後に名刺を頂いて知りました）にお願いした。酒屋ではスッキリクッキリは探せるが味わい深い白ワインは地元ではなかなか探せないので楽しみだ。Le Buscheという結構しっかりしたけど爽やかさもあるワインで、生ハムにもあったし、濃いめのチーズでも負け越さない。
その後も写真のパスタと写真を取るもの忘れて食べてしまった牛肉の煮込みを追加しつつ、オーナーと楽しく会話しながら色々なワインを合わせてもらった。なかでもALTARE TREBBIANO D'ABRUZZOという白ワインはかなりの旨さだった。好みの問題もあろうが白なのになかなかに重めでフルの赤とは違って華やかな感じ。いつかはワインの勉強をしたいとまた思わせてもらいました。
2件目なのにたっぷり食べ、しっかり美味しいワインを堪能しました。今度は1件目で来てみたい。
