ランチタイムはいつも行列です。
アオリイカのづけ丼をいただきました。
あっさりとした味付けですが
イカがコリコリしていて柚子胡椒がピリリと効いてました。
たたいた山芋の食感とお出汁の風味がとても上品です。
横に添えてあるメカブを入れるとまたおいしい。
お味噌汁は少し濃いめでしっかりしたお味です。
