年中無休で営業してる週末ランチ族にはありがたいレストランです。
間口は普通なのに奥に広い大型店です。
ランチタイムに訪問しました。
オーダーはロビンソンランチとホリディランチコースです。
ロビンソンランチは前菜＋パン＋メインです。
ホリディランチコースは前菜＋スープ＋パン＋パスタ＋ドリンク＋デザートです。
ロビンソンランチの前菜はフリッタータ、ラタトゥユ、フレッシュサラダです。
ホリディランチコースの前菜はほぼ同じ内容で一部が少し違った構成でした。
パンはお代わり自由で焼きたてが提供されます。
チーズ、ドライフルーツ、クルミを選びました。
食事パンとしての大きさ、食べやすさ、種類の豊富さはかなりのラインナップで提供されます。
メインはマトダイのワイン蒸しヴァンブランソースです。
蒸してあるので皮目はパリッとしてませんが、皮までおいしく柔らかく仕上がっています。
白ワインソースにはディルが添えられて爽やかな香りと共にいただきました。
ランチコースのパスタは冷製パスタ、小海老&枝豆、フレトマトです。
細めのパスタは冷やされてキュッと引き締まった、暑い夏にも食が進むパスタでした。
冷製パスタは今まで何となく敬遠してきましたが、目から鱗が落ちたようにその味に嵌まりそうな勢いです。
ドリンクはアイスティー、デザートは黒ごまのパンナコッタとバニラアイスでした。
