I came back from overseas yesterday. It's only been about a week, but I'm old, and I'm strangely tired. I don't have a fever, but I feel tired. Besides, today was my day off, but I also worked. But it's tiring. I even thought about asking the store to buy some tonic for me. The thing that makes me feel good is definitely eel ^ ^ Besides, I actually ate eel jus overseas as well. I went there because I heard that it was one of the 100 famous stores in Japan, but...well, don't make fun of Taiwanese people! What if you think this is delicious eel? It tasted just like I expected. Good grief. I also wanted to take revenge. So, I made a reservation at this restaurant. My wife and I go out together. I took the train to Osaka Tenmangu Shrine and then walked around from there. It's just a good walking distance. Well, I'm tired and don't want to walk such a long distance, so I'm not sure what distance is right ^ ^ I've passed by several times before, but this is my first time entering the store. I was given a table on the first floor with a view of the river in the back. The room has a very retro feel. It doesn't look like an eel restaurant, but it's not bad ^ ^ The bridge was just lit up and it was beautiful. Both my wife and I ordered 3,500 yen for the eel. Unfortunately, the special eel was sold out (T_T)＼(^-^) Although it wasn't a substitute, I ordered a smoked eel salad for 1,100 yen and an umaki roll for 900 yen. The salad is a shredded lettuce salad topped with addictive smoked eel. The sour dressing adds to the flavor. The umaki was a little pricey, but the soup stock was good and it was quite delicious. The weight arrived in eel time! It looks beautifully arranged. The eel is fluffy, with no crunchy texture when you put your chopsticks through it. I still prefer it with a bit of crunch, but it's enough to get revenge for the eel jus I had overseas. delicious! It doesn't have a crispy feel, but it does have a charcoal flavor. As for the sauce, I like sweet and soy sauce. I wish there was twice as much rice as this. Next time, I think I'll come back when the eel is different from today ^ ^ It seems like there's wild eel available at certain times of the year, so I'd like to try it if the price is within the acceptable range ^ ^ Thank you.
