友だちに誘われて行ってきました。
梅田のディープ寄りな場所にあるお店です。
隠れ家焼肉という感じでしょうか。
万両出身の高級焼肉、
最近SNSで話題の焼肉屋らしいです。
カウンターでワインを飲みながら、
店主さんにお肉とお酒のことを色々教えてもらいました。
神戸牛の中でも特別な牧場を選んで仕入れているそうです。
おそろしい、すごく高そう・・・
値段にびびっていたら、コースを紹介してくれました。
いつもは１５０００円だけど、会員になれば９８００円だそうです。
すぐ登録しました。
９８００円で最高のコースをいただきました。
肉刺し、キムチ、ナムル、牛タンの食べくらべ、牛茶漬け。
そしてメインの焼肉は圧巻でした。
塩、たれ、焼きしゃぶを順番に味わっていきます。
クチの中ですぐ溶けちゃう、すごく美味しい。
高級焼肉、いいものですね・・・
普段は安い焼肉ばかり行ってますが、
たまにはこんな素敵なお店にも行かなくちゃ、と思いました
