京セラドーム観戦ツアーその8
この日の朝食は本当に大阪駅北側すぐの地下、こちらにお邪魔します。
パン屋さんとして有名で、イートインもできるみたいですが、本日はモーニングのセットをお願いします。
ＣＢブレックファースト 880円
（トーストをプレッツェルクロワッサンに変更＋100円）

平日の朝でしたので、お客さんはまばら。席数も多めでパンもかなり焼きあがっていました。
どのパンも美味しそうで、最後にもう一度立ち寄るつもりだったんですが、立ち寄れなかったのがほんとに残念。
モーニングのブレックファーストはやっぱり、トーストを看板のプレッツェルクロワッサンに変更。
朝からたっぷりボリュームの朝ごはんです。
ベーコンと、玉子とサラダ。そしてコーヒー。
定番で、そりゃ美味しいですよね。
そしてプレッツェルクロワッサン。
なるほど、プレッツェルとクロワッサンです。
まず、セサミの風味が効いており、バターの香りが香ばしく。
食感はプレッツェルの硬さ、重さですが、これを薄めに層にすることで、重さが出てるというか。
クロワッサンの形、作り方で作ったプレッツェル、といった感じでしょうか。
パン感が強く、中身もぎっしりで断然クロワッサンより好きです。美味しい。
暖かくても、油っぽさもなく、かといってバター感は滲み出てきます。
うーん、うまく説明できない美味しさです。
でもでも、実に美味しゅうございました、ごちそう様でした！
