2023年の中で最も美味しいステーキでした。
お祝いで友人と二人で訪問。
お肉感たっぷりのミニバーガーからはじまし、前菜の盛り合わせ、ブレッド、スープ（滋味！）、サラダ（美味。さっぱりと口直しにぴったり。）等を頂いて、いよいよメインの窯焼きステーキ。
お肉は3種類の部位、ヒレ、ランプ、イチボから選べます。ヒレとランプを頂きました。
とても香りがよく、当然ながら焼き加減はパーフェクト。表面は適度な適度な噛み応えを残しつつ、中はしっとり。
盛り合わせにすることでポーションが小さくなるので、焼くのが難しいのでは？と思いましたが、全くの杞憂で、「手触り感」のある素晴らしいステーキ。
高い技術と共に強い愛情を感じました。
が、コース内容が多すぎて最後のサンドは腹パン状態！笑
お祝いのケーキまで頂き、お腹をさすりながら退店しました。
尚、特筆すべき点として、ステーキに加え、ソムリエのペアリングワインセレクトが、とても好みでした。説明も丁寧でお肉に特化したものだけでなく、種類も豊富です。
自家製のワインも販売するとのこと。
また、レビューには、シェフが寡黙といった感想も散見されますが、至極丁寧にお料理のことを説明してくださり、とても寛いで食事ができました。
（ガラの悪い客がカウンターに陣取ってやや気になりましたが、お店側の責任ではありませんね。）
総じて贅沢な時間を過ごせました。
