北新地・堂島エリアでランチ♪となりましたので、ホテル エルセラーン大阪 B1Fにある、
AL Fonte さんに行ってみることにしました。
ホテル エルセラーンは白を基調とした高級感あふれるホテルですが、その地下にあるこちらの
お店も雰囲気はよさそうですね。
平日のランチは１パターンのみに絞られています。
パスタは２種類からチョイスできましたので、今回は
パスタランチ 900円（もち豚と白菜とオイルソース）
にしました。
まずは前菜４種盛りです。
お上品なポーションですが、盛り付けなどはイタリアンそのものですね。
どれもオーソドックスながら本場の味を堪能できました。
メインとなるパスタは、しっかりアルデンテ。しかもお皿は高級感あふれており、
ちゃんとアツアツのお皿にパスタが盛られています。
もち豚と白菜のみならず、たっぷりきのこも入っていました。
お味は、もち豚のジューシーさとたっぷりお野菜の甘み、ガーリックの少し効いたoilと
三拍子そろっていました。
＋αでドリンクやデザートのチョイスも出来るようですが、またの機会にしました。
バターは有料、パンのお替りは1回までとなっています。
北新地駅、西梅田駅からは少し歩きますが、ドーチカ経由だと雨にも濡れずに安心です。
ランチに満席なのも頷けますし、夜に期待の持てるお店でした。
是非また行ってみたいですね。
