何ヶ月かには一度利用させて頂いてます
イタリアンが食べたくて
と言うよりもピザが食べたくて伺いました
前菜
ピッツァ
デザートでしたが
正直
残念で写真も撮らずでした・・・
何が残念かだったかは
本題のピッツァが僕の好みでは無く
ナポリピッツァなのに
フンワリ感も無く
焼きムラも多くベチャベチャ
接客の女の子はかなり頑張ってくれていました
でも
ピッツァを食べに行ったので
辛口にさせて頂きます
ピッツァイオーロの方も
最近、美味しいピッツェリアが増えている中で
自分の焼き方、生地の状態、ソースの状態などをもう少し勉強なされては？
と思った
