味噌煮込みうどんが有名らしいが、味噌の気分ではないので、きしめんを選択
麺はツルツルで喉越しが良い
鴨汁は具材たっぷりで良いダシが出てる
特にネギが多くて、ネギリストのココロが踊る
鴨肉は大きくなく、端肉のようなものも入っているが良い味を出しているので、十分です
薬味に柚子胡椒が付いている
うどんそばに柚子胡椒は福岡でよくみたが、名古屋もスタンダードなのか
うどんの味変としては秀逸だと思ってます
そして食べ終わりに提供されたのが鴨湯
蕎麦湯じゃないよ、初めて聞いたよ鴨湯
これで柚子胡椒で味が濃くなった鴨汁を良い感じに薄めて飲む
