平日昼に訪問です。
11時半に到着するとほぼ満席に近い状態です。地元で働く方が多く、平日なので車のナンバーに“れ”や“わ”は少ないように見えます。
券売機で『そば 小（500円）』と『カレー（500円）』を購入します。
お店の方に食券を渡して席で待ちます。
周りの方も自分と同じく『カレー』や『ごはん』を一緒に楽しんでいます。この点からも“そば屋”というよりも“食堂”という使い方がメインなのかもしれません。実際に『スパゲティー』や『トースト』というメニューもあります。
さてほどなく提供です。
いただきます。
まずはそばからです。
つゆを口に運ぶとあっさりとしながらも鰹の旨さが強い出汁です。しっかりとした味わいです。
麺は加水が低めの平打ち麺です。食感はややボソッとしています。でもつゆとの相性は抜群です。そして後からきたカレーとも相性がいいです。
遅れてカレーです。色味は黄色くゴロッとした野菜が入っています。口に運ぶとカレーはとろみが強く、野菜の甘みとほんのり出汁感があります。
不思議なことにこのカレーを口にした後で、そばを食べるとよりグッと出汁の風味を感じます。
美味しいです。
この点からも食堂というのが納得です。ちなみに今回のレンタカーのナビゲーションシステムでは“宮里食堂”で検索ができました。
