カツオやサワラを店内で藁焼きにしています。
瀬戸内の活タコが最高過ぎました。
・瀬戸内産 活タコ 刺身 1,650円
一定した水温と綺麗な海。
瀬戸内海はタコには絶好の場所。
噛めば噛むほど自然に甘く弾力が程よい。
添えてある刺身醤油もほんのり甘くて美味しい地元のお醤油。
活きたタコって本当に美味しい。
食感・香り・新鮮さが違います。

がみずみずしい食感を中にぎゅっと閉じ込めてあるので本当に美味しい。

おろしポン酢で彩り野菜と頂きます。
お肉の質がいいのでいくらでも食べられちゃう。
